CANCELLATION Policy

Should you need to cancel/re-schedule a session the more notice you can give me the better, however I totally understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out like that!  Ideally I need a minimum of 24 hours notice & can then move your payment to your next session or provide you with a refund if that is what you prefer. 

If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice on more than 1 occasion I will need to charge you 50% of the session cost.
